  • How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping is FREE within the continental United States on orders over $75 using standard delivery. First Class packages start at $7.00, Standard delivery packages start at $10.00, Expedited delivery starts at $15.00, Express delivery starts at $25.00, and international rates start at $20.

    All rates will vary depending on the weight of your shipment and how fast you'd like it delivered. You can get an exact shipping quote directly from your shopping cart once you have products added.

    Living Earth Beauty is not responsible for any duties or taxes if you live outside of North America.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened, unaltered products in their original packaging within 30 days of order delivery. Please email us at delight@livingearthbeauty.com to discuss your return and visit our returns policy page for more detailed information.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.

  • What happens if I ordered the wrong products?

    Email us at delight@livingearthbeauty.com and let us know as soon as you can! If your order has already shipped, we can arrange for you to exchange for the correct item.

  • When will my order ship?

    We do our best to process orders within 24 hours, but always within 1-2 business days.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Your FREE or standard delivery order will be delivered in 2-7 business days. Your Expedited order will be delivered in 2 business days (3 for rural areas.) Your Express order will be delivered next day if order is placed by 9:00 am PST (to most US locations. 2 days for rural locations.)

    International orders will be delivered in 2-4 weeks for First Class, 6-10 business days for Priority, and 3-5 business days for Express.

  • Can I place a phone order?

    We cannot accommodate phone orders at this time. Please place your order on our fully secured site, and feel free contact us immediately via email if you have any trouble: delight@livingearthbeauty.com

  • Do you offer samples?

    We do have samples of many of our products available for purchase, and every order over $75 comes with a $10 credit to use on samples. Since some samples are more expensive than others, its up to you how many samples you want to get with that $10 credit. You can also purchase any additional ones you’d like! If you’re looking for something specific that we don’t have listed on our samples page, contact us to see if it’s possible to get it and we’ll se what we can do! Also, if you would prefer to have us choose samples for you, there's an option in the checkout page for that too!

  • Do you ever have sales or special promotions?

    Most definitely! We have at least a couple storewide sales a year, usually in May & November. Make sure you’re on our email list so you never miss a sale! We also offer special promotions on certain items or categories throughout the year and have special sales and giveaways for our Facebook fans & Instagram followers.

  • Do you have a points/rewards system?

    Yes we now have a rewards system for our loyal customers! It’s pretty simple, for every dollar you spend, you earn 5 'Lotus Points' which you can save up to redeem for discounts ranging from $5-$20 at a time, free shipping, gifts and more! Head over to our Samples & Rewards page for more info.

  • What is the fastest way to get in touch with someone from Living Earth Beauty?

    For the fastest response, we recommend emailing us at delight@livingearthbeauty.com anytime day or night. Because we have small children with loud demands for goji berries & cloth diaper changes, we are not able to actively answer your phone calls or call back as quickly as we’d like, however you are more than welcome to call and leave a message with your questions or comments at (307) 278-9532 and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Please remember to leave your name, phone number AND email address (in case this is a time sensitive request and we’re unable to call back quickly) and if you have it, your order number.

  • Is everything on your store 100% natural?

    Yes! Everything in our store is completely free of synthetics, toxic chemicals, petrochemicals, parabens, phthalates, SLS, GMO’s, gluten, artificial preservatives, artificial colors, & synthetic fragrances. Only 100% natural ingredients found in nature are in our products.

  • Is everything 100% organic?

    Organic is best, but that’s a tricky term. Not everything is 100% certified organic. Some brands use that term without actually being 100% organic because it is not required to be. Some ingredients can’t be regulated by organic standards, making it impossible for the brand to be 100% organic. Some of our products are 100% organic, and some are mostly organic. We are very careful with our selection and screening process to find the absolute cleanest products possible. Don’t get to hung up on the term organic in titles and certifications, it often is just used for marketing purposes.

  • Are all of the ingredients listed on every product?

    Yes! We are sticklers for being fully aware and informed as to what is in every product, and therefore what is going onto or into our bodies! We provide a complete and full ingredients list for every product.

  • Are your products vegan?

    The majority of our products are completely vegan and bee-free. We have a handful of products that contain bee products and an even smaller amount that contain yogurt/milk products or lanolin. All of our products will be clearly marked as vegan, beegan (containing bee products but no other animal products), or neither.

  • How do I choose what products are best for me?

    You can narrow down your search selections, by type of product, brand, skin type and solutions to skin problems, but if you’re still overwhelmed, we are here to help with any recommendations you need! Feel free to email us anytime with your questions and concerns and Alicia will get back to you with her expert opinion based on your needs. Please be as detailed as possible about your skin type, needs & wants so she can recommend the best products for you.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    Most of the products we carry have a 12-24 month shelf life. This is depending on what type of, if any. natural preservatives are used and if the product is water-based or oil-based.

  • How fresh are your products?

    We have a high product turnover rate, and are always very thoughtful with our inventory order placement times and the amount of product we order so that we don’t have too much. We receive fresh batches every 3-4 weeks so you know you are getting the freshest products possible.

  • Are all of your brands cruelty-free?

    100% yes! We would never consider carrying products that use animal testing practices. We feel very strongly about animal’s rights, and do everything we can to support animal rescues & cruelty free brands.

  • Why aren’t you Leaping Bunny certified?

    We as a retail store cannot be certified. Only product manufacturers are eligible for certification. However we care a great deal about protecting animals from harm and would never carry any product that has been tested on or harms animals in any way.

  • My Henna hair color didn’t come with instructions. How do I use it?

    We’re working on printing up instruction cards, but until then, you can find the instructions under the product description on our store.

  • I have a very specific skin condition that I need help with, what’s the best way to find what I need?

  • I live in Europe, can I order ISUN or Shankara products from you?

    Unfortunately, no. Due to the restrictions we have set by those brands and the agreements they have set up with their international distributors, we cannot sell ISUN products to any European or Asian countries, and we cannot sell Shankara products outside North America. If you’d like information where you can find these products locally, contact us and we’ll get the information for you.
