For the scalp, use in short strokes, wiggling back and forth on the scalp, working from the front of the hair line back towards the nape of the neck. This tool is meant to be used to encourage circulation and relaxation on pressure points, not as a traditional comb. Do not use lengthy strokes through the hair.

For the face, use the Gua Sha tool on skin primed with a mist and then facial oil. Please refer to the videos on the website or the cards enclosed with the tool. Always use gentle pressure.
