• Lavender calms, soothes and nurtures emotional health. A powerful analgesic as well as antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-toxic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, restorative and tonic on the skin. It contains a high percentage of linalool, which makes it excellent for healing.
• Cedar wood has a warm woody aroma that is calming and grounding. It is also anti-inflammatory.

• Diffuse: add 3-5 drops to room diffuser.
• Shower: turn on hot water and once steamy, put 3 drops on the floor of your shower and breathe in the vapor.
• Bath: add 5 drops to a cup of epsom salt, blend, and pour into warm bath.
• Cotton Ball: put 1-3 drops on a cotton ball or cloth, hold near nose and take slow, deep breaths.
