Shipping & Returns


If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you can return any unused/unopened items for a store credit less the cost of shipping within 14 days of order delivery. Here are our return requirements:

  1. Contact us at to explain your reason for the return.
  2. Once we have discussed and approved your return, you may send it back to us to the address we provide. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s), and will issue a store credit within 72 hours. If the item(s) show any signs of use, a store credit will not be provided.

Please note, your item(s) must be in their original condition in order to receive a store credit. All returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. If these requirements are not met, the return will not be approved and may be sent back to the customer. If the return of your item drops your original order total below $75, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the store credit amount.




If you received an item that was defective (example: a pump that won't work), send us an email to let us know what the problem is. If a replacent part is needed, we will see if that part is available to send. If not, we will email a pre-paid return label for you to ship back the defective item. Once the item is in route, a replacement will be shipped out by us.


We provide damage insurance coverage of $100 on all orders. If you received an item that was damaged upon arrival (example: broken, cracked or severely leaked), and is covered under the provided or purchased insurance, you may contact us for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You must provide detailed images of the box and of the item showing proof of damage. If the images you provide are sufficient evidence, and we approve your return, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and send out the replacement item once the damaged product is in route. If you do not submit proper evidence, you may not be eligble for any refund or replacement.


If you received an item that you did not order, email us at to let us know of the error. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email and will send out the correct item. If you do not ship the product you received in error back to us within 14 days, you may be charged for it.

Sale/Clearance/Discontinued Items

All items marked down for sale, clearence or discontinuation are final sale and are sold as is. Sometimes this may mean that the product has a shorter term expiration date or has some of the original packaging not included if it was sent to us that way from the manufacturer (this is not common and usually applies to things like special bags/fliers/labels/etc).


Living Earth Beauty does not provide replacements or refunds for orders that have gone missing or been stolen. If you want to protect yourself against this type of mishap, you must choose the signature required for delivery option in checkout. If you do not select this option, you are responsible for loss or theft of your order.
