Returns
We love the products we offer and want you to love it as well! If you have changed your mind on your purchase or something just wasn't right for you, we have a simple return process for our customers. You can return any unused/unopened items in their original condition and packaging for a refund, less the cost of shipping, within 30 days of receipt. *All Herbs of Grace, Billy's Infinity Greens and E3Live products are only eligible for a return on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Living Earth Beauty.
Lightly used/opened items may be eligible to be returned for a store credit at the discretion of Living Earth Beauty, and must get approval from a customer service member first. We do not accept returns on clearance items, items that have been substantially used or are past their 30 day return window under any circumstance. Return requirements:
- For online returns, please email support@livingearthbeauty.com with your full name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
- Once a return is approved, carefully pack the item(s) and send it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Arizona are the responsibility of the customer.
- After the return arrives, it will be inspected to make sure it meets the requirements and a credit will be issued within 30 days. If the item(s) show any signs of use or damage that was not previously disclosed by the customer, we will contact you about your options, and there may be additional delays in the processing of a credit or no credit provided depending on the condition.
If these requirements are not met, the return may not be approved and may be sent back to the customer without notice. If the return drops the original order total below $75.00, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or credit.
Exchange item shipping costs start at $5.00 regardless of original order value, and may increase based on item weight and size.
DEFECTS, DAMAGES & ERRORS
Defects
If you received an item that was defective (example: a pump that won't work), send us an email to let us know what the problem is. If a replacement part is needed, we will see if that part is available to send. If not, we will email a pre-paid return label for you to ship back the defective item. Once the item is in route, a replacement will be shipped out by us.
Damages
We provide damage insurance coverage of $100 on all orders. If you received an item that was damaged upon arrival (example: broken, cracked or severely leaked), and is covered under the provided or upgraded insurance value, you may contact us for a return or exchange within 30 days. You must provide detailed images of the item, surrounding packaging AND of the box showing proof of damage. If the images you provide are sufficient evidence, and we approve the return, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and send out the replacement item once the damaged product is in route. If you do not submit proper evidence, you may not be eligible for any refund or replacement.
Errors
If you received an item that you did not order, email us at support@livingearthbeauty.com to let us know of the error. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email and will send out the correct item once the return is in route.
Sale/Clearance/Discontinued Items
All items marked down for sale, clearance or are discontinued, are final sale and are sold as is. Sometimes this may mean that the product has a nearing expiration date, some of the original packaging is not included or in imperfect condition (damaged label or outer packaging, dented lid etc.) if it was sent to us that way from the manufacturer. Used returns are never resold under any circumstance.
LOSS OR THEFT
Living Earth Beauty does not provide replacements or refunds for orders that have gone missing or been stolen. If you want to protect yourself against this type of mishap, you must choose the signature required for delivery option in checkout. If you do not select this option, you are responsible for loss or theft of your order.
