Shipping Costs & Delivery Timing
Living Earth Beauty offers FREE shipping on all US orders over $75
We want you to start enjoying your products as quickly as possible, so we do our best to process orders within 24-48 business hours (1-2 business days). Orders generally must be placed by 11am EST to be processed same day, though only orders with expedited or express shipping will be guaranteed to be processed same day if placed by 11am EST.
If you’re located in the US, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days. Need it faster? We also offer Expedited (2 business days to most US locations) & Express (Overnight delivery to most US locations) to fit your needs. Below is a list of our normal shipping rates & delivery times:
FREE - Standard Delivery on orders over $75 (2-5 business days)
Starting from $7.00 for 1st Class Mail (3-5 business days. Must be 13oz or less)
Starting from $10.00 for Standard Delivery (2-5 business days)
Starting from $15 for Expedited Delivery (2 business days to most US locations. 3 days for rural locations)
Starting from $25 for Express Delivery (Overnight to most US locations. 2 days for rural locations)
Your final shipping rate will be based on the total weight and destination zip code.
Tracking and order information will be sent via email once your order is processed.
International Shipping
Normal rates and delivery times:
Starting from $20 for 1st Class International (2-4 weeks)
Starting from $50 for Priority International (6-10 business days)
Starting from $75 for Priority Express International (3-5 business days)
Please be aware, Living Earth Beauty is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged by your country.
Depending on your country’s individual import policies and customs clearance procedures, there could be additional time delays not accounted for in our shipping estimate.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders will be processed & shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal US Holidays. Packages will not ship on the following days:
- New Years Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Insurance & Damages
All packages include $100 of insurance coverage, which covers broken or damaged products only. You have the option to purchase additional insurance on a higher value order, at your discretion.
If you received an item that was broken or damaged, contact us immediately at support@livingearthbeauty.com with images showing proof of damage. We will need these images to file an insurance claim. As soon as sufficient proof of damage is received a replacement will be shipped out, and if aplicable, a return label will be provided to you. If you cannot provide proof of damage, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your claim, thus affecting the timing & possibility of receiving a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
Living Earth Beauty is not responsible for lost packages. If your tracking says your order was delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found, first check around your home in hidden areas and then with nearby neighbors. If it’s not found, contact your local Post Office to get proof of delivery. If it is never found, Living Earth Beauty is not responsible for replacing the order or providing a refund.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend adding a Signature Requirement for Delivery to your order at checkout.
